Is Mega Canadian "fully managed"?

Not in the sense of us running every daily task. You direct the employee's day-to-day work and train them on your systems; we handle Canadian employment, payroll, the office, IT, and local support.

How does pricing work?

One flat fee, month-to-month with a notice period — no separate placement or replacement fee. Optional higher-level management is priced separately for teams that want more handled.

What if the employee doesn't work out?

We recruit a replacement — no separate fee for that.

Who trains the employee?

We handle onboarding and workplace setup. Role-specific training on your systems and processes is your part.

Is this a good fit for my business?

Best fit: recurring, communication-heavy work like customer service, phones, email, orders, or admin. Probably not a fit if you're choosing purely on lowest hourly cost, or the work is commodity paperwork with little real communication.

How long does hiring take?

We describe timing honestly rather than promise a fixed number of days — as fast as reasonably possible, without a hard timing claim until we have real measured data to back one up.

Is my data and account access secure?
