  2. We recruit and present candidates

    We screen against the role you defined and present qualified candidates from the Montreal talent market.

  3. Mutual interview

    You interview directly and make the final call — this isn't a blind placement.

  4. Canadian employment and office setup

    We handle Canadian legal employment, payroll, and get their Montreal workstation ready.

  5. Client-specific training

    You train them on your systems, tools, and role specifics — this is your part of onboarding, not ours.

  6. Ongoing local support and replacement

    We stay involved with local support, attendance oversight, and — if it doesn't work out — replacement recruiting at no separate fee.
